Boosting Employee Engagement

India First Life Insurance, one of the top insurance companies in India today, has a strong external brand presence. They wanted to transfer this internally too, amongst their employees. They were looking for increased engagement and activity on their internal communications platforms like Yammer and subsequently increased followers of employees, on LinkedIn.

Increase employee engagement for IndiaFirst Life Insurance through their internal communications platforms and LinkedIn

What we did

We re-launched Yammer with an exclusive big ticket promotion campaign to catapult employee engagement on the website and encourage employees to start engaging with it. Creating annual assets like ‘100 days of yammer’ excited employees to look forward to an activity of the week that also included prizes.

The Result

We created an active and enthusiastic employee base that wanted to now interact with India First Life’s internal campaigns on Yammer and Linkedin. The organisation had a 45% increase in employees following their LinkedIn page.
