Axis Bank wanted to conduct an employee engagement activity with a heart. ‘Lounge’ wanted to provide employees with a moment of peace and relaxation in the midst of their busy work day. The design language utilised vibrant colours for instant mind shift and the communication plan was crafted to create moments of truth across the day using various engagement assets.

What we did
Axis Bank wanted to conduct an employee engagement activity with a heart. We created an almost directly representative engagement campaign called ‘Lounge’ to provide employees with a moment of quick relaxation in the midst of their busy work day. Right from the vibrant colours used in the design language for instant mind shift to the communication planning and execution, we crafted ‘Lounge’ assets to help employees experience happy moments of truth across the day.
‘Lounge’ saw an overwhelming response from across all offices and branches of AXIS Bank. Employees instantly noticed the colourful vibe portrayed by the ‘Lounge’ assets. The communication plan helped _________
